The locomotive was given a new track-number and it is a constant motive power unite for the measuring coach of M\u00c1V.<\/p>\n<p>All documentation was made by INVENT Ltd. starting with authority approval documentation, brake system calculation and finishing with the documentation of mechanical parts for manufacturing. Our Company assisted in the installation of the prototype vehicle as our Client requested.<\/p>\n<p>Beside the restoration of the main diesel engine the auxiliaries were renewed completly. A diesel-generator set for the auxiliaries was built in replacing the boiler and water tank. The mechanical driving system was replaced by a hydrostatic one. The main engine set was made by companies Motoren und Turbinen Union and Lechmotoren (Germany), the control system was developed by Ganz Ansaldo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"popup_szoveg\">All documentation was made by INVENT Ltd. starting with authority approval documentation, Finite Element Method calculation, brake system calculation, finishing with the documentation of mechanical parts for manufacturing. Our Company assisted in the installation of the prototype vehicle as our Client requested.<\/p>\n<p class=\"popup_szoveg\">The auxiliaries were renewed too, there was built in a hydrostatic drive instead of a mechanical drive. The accessories of the diesel engine like fresh air system, exhaust system, water-cooling and fuel system were modified to a great extent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"popup_szoveg\">It was an interesting work to design the balance mass because of the lighter diesel engine, and design a special jig for welding of supports for main engine set.
